中俄国家数字图书馆比较研究及启示

Comparative Study and Enlightenment of the National Digital Library in China and Russia

中俄两国国家数字图书馆建设基本同期,中俄两国在国家数字图书馆建设中都积累了丰富的经验,需要总结和弘扬,特别是俄国国家数字图书馆建设基础、建设模式、政策支持和数字资源建设等对我们有一定启示。我国应立足于我国国家数字图书馆建设实际,结合我国国情,学习НЭБ建设的有益经验,加快法律基础建设、加强数字资源建设、注重数字资源利用和提升与其他机构合作的程度,推动我国国家数字图书馆的建设步伐。

At the same period of the national digital library construction in China and Russia,both China and Russia have accumulated rich experience in the construction of the national digital library and need to be summarized and carried forward.In particular,the foundation,construction mode,policy support and construction of digital resources of the Russian National Digital Library have some enlightenments for us.China should base on the actual construction of China's national digital library,combined with China's national conditions,learn the useful experience of H construction,accelerate the legal infrastructure,strengthen the construction of digital resources,pay attention to the utilization of digital resources and enhance the cooperation with other institutions,so as to promote the pace of construction of China's national digital library.
