摘要
在研究牛津大学治理机构的安置和职责之后,我们可以发现其内部治理存在着典型的分权与制衡机制,在这个机制之间大学的各个内部机构相互协调,又彼此制约。它们的权力共享、集体决策等特征为牛津大学自身的发展注入了新鲜的活力,使其屹立于世界名校之林,为我国"双一流"大学的建设提供了经验。
We can find separation of powers and checks and balances in Oxfords internal governance after studying its setting and duty.All the internal organizations play a role in the universities by mutual coordination and mutual restriction.Their power sharing,collective decision-making and other characteristics has poured fresh vitality into the development of Oxford so that it has a leading position among the best schools in the world.It provides experience for China's"double first-class"university.
