黄金周高速公路交通拥挤研究——基于Logit改进算法

Study on Expressway Traffic Congestion Countermeasures in Golden Week Based on Logit Improvement Algorithm

针对黄金周高速公路的交通拥挤问题,介绍了交通拥挤的7种主要类型与5种主要原因,从设施建设、交通诱导、入口匝道控制、交通拥挤收费4个方面提出了解决交通拥挤的对策,基于Logit改进算法,通过构建Logit模型、标定参数、确定目标函数模型、采用遗传算法求解目标函数模型的方法,对交通拥挤收费对策进行了深入研究,提出了黄金周高速公路对私家车采取畅通时免费、拥挤时收费的政策建议,为高速公路交通管理工作提供了参考,有助于对黄金周高速公路的交通拥挤加以控制,并从本质上预防拥挤现象的发生。

Based on the congestion problem of expressway during the golden week,this paper introduces main types and reasons control and congestion pricing.In particular,the research on congestion pricing is based on Logit improvement algorithm,and the establishment,parameter calibration and solution o f the model are analyzed in depth.The research provides a reference for expressway traffic management during golden week,and it would help to prevent the crowding phenomenon in essence.
