摘要
采用Hypermesh软件对车架进行有限元建模并约束相关自由度和加载理论载荷。通过对赛车车架实体模型进行不同工况下的力学特性分析,获得车架最大应力、应变、位移,确保赛车和车手的安全,并依据有限元计算结果,在满足强度和刚度的基础上,以提高安全性为目标进行局部优化,为赛车安全性的进一步优化提供参考。
In this paper,Hypermesh software is used to build the finite element model o f the frame and restrict relative freedom and load o f the loading theory.In order to ensure the safety o f racing car and riders,it analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the solid model o f racing car under different conditions,and obtains the maximum stress,strain and displacement o f the frame.Finally,according to the results o f finite element calculation,the frame structure is optimized on the basis of satisfying the strength and stiffness.The study provides a reference for further safety optimization o f racing car.
