以校企为“双主体” 践行“精准操作”培训模式

Training Mode of Precise Operation Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

为了培养与工作岗位"无缝对接"的企业实战型技术技能人才,高职院校必须改进教学模式。本文以沧州职业技术学院和北京现代沧州工厂为"双主体"共建培训基地——北京现代汽车沧州教育中心,探讨校企深度合作、共享资源,并共同制定培训方案,采用"精准操作"培训模式,使培训内容与实际岗位技能高度统一,将"精准操作"培训模式应用于校内汽车相关专业,完善了理实一体化的教学过程,提升了教师的执业能力,提高了学生的综合技能。

To train practical skill talents,vocational colleges must improve the teaching mode.Beijing Hyundai Motor(Cangzhou)Education Center is a training base jointly built by Cangzhou Technical College and Beijing Hyundai(Cangzhou)Factory.Taking the education center as the example,this paper discusses the training mode of precise operation based onschool-enterprise cooperation.The training method combines the training content with the actual post skill.Application results show that the training mode promotes the integration o f theory and practice,improves the practice ability o f teachers and the comprehensive skills of students.
