摘要
本次改造在研究了企业原有裁断设备的基础上,针对皮革剪裁距离误差过大、裁切速度过慢等问题,设计了以三菱FN系列PLC为控制核心的新型皮革裁断机,同时基于自由设定剪裁长度的精度及功能考虑,系统采用了变频器、步进电机及驱动器联合控制。
Based on the study of the company's original cutting equipment,this reformation aimed at the problems of excessively large clipping distances and slow cutting speeds,and designed a new type of leather cutting machine with Mitsubishi FN series PLC as the control core.Based on the freedom to set the cutting length accuracy and function considerations,the system uses a combination control of inverter,stepper motor and drive.
