摘要
以阿联酋富吉拉粮食战略筒仓项目为例,介绍了装卸船机筏式轨道基础在已建板桩码头上的设计应用。设计过程中,采用了现场静载试验结合有限元软件模拟的方法,确定筏式基础地基反力系数。在此基础上,进行筏板内力计算和配筋设计。运用数值模拟技术,验算在不同工况下,码头前、后轨道梁的沉降变形以及码头面层承受的等效均布荷载是否满足相应的设计准则。连续一年观测装卸船机轨道沉降的结果表明,无能是前、后轨道各观测点的沉降还是相对沉降值均满足装卸船机设备厂家的技术要求。
Taking the Fujairah strategy grain storage project in United Arab of Emirates as example,the paper presents the design application of raft foundation for ship loader unloader in quay-wall of sheet-pile.Both static load tests in field and finite element model simulation are integrated to determine the foundation reaction coefficient during the design of the raft foundation.On this basis,the internal forces of the raft foundation are calculated and the reinforcements are designed.Using numerical simulation technology,the settlement deformation of the front rail bearer and rear rail bearer and the equivalent uniformly distributed load on the wharf surface can meet the corresponding design criteria under different working conditions.The results of the observation settlement in a continuous year indicate that the settlement of the observation points of the front rail bearer and rear rail bearer and the relative settlement values can meet the technical requirements of the equipment manufacturers of the loading and unloading machines.
