箱庭疗法干预社交焦虑障碍的效果 被引量:5

摘要 箱庭疗法作为一种游戏疗法,其对社交焦虑障碍的干预效果还在不断验证之中。本文在梳理箱庭疗法干预焦虑情绪和社交焦虑障碍的个案研究和实验研究的基础上,探讨箱庭疗法干预社交焦虑障碍的有效性,发现箱庭疗法能有效缓解多种现实原因引起的焦虑情绪,减轻焦虑症状,在一定程度上减轻社交恐惧程度并减少回避行为,促进来访者社交能力的提升,使其人格得到健康发展。而今后箱庭疗法干预社交焦虑障碍的研究设计应向多样化发展,并结合认知神经技术和生物反馈,将生理指标纳入检验该疗法对社交焦虑障碍有效性的指标之中,对箱庭疗法缓解社交焦虑的机制和原理的研究也应持续深度发展。 As a game therapy,the effect of sandplay therapy on individuals with social anxiety disorder is still being tested.We made a review of cases and studies that use sandplay therapy to reduce individual s level of anxiety and to treat social anxiety disorder,to explore the effectiveness of sandplay therapy on social anxiety disorder.We found that both the individual sandplay therapy and the group sandplay therapy can effectively relieve anxiety of children,teenagers,college students and adults,relieve anxiety symptoms,reduce the individual s avoidance behavior,promote individual s social skill and personality development.The design of study of sandplay therapy intervene social anxiety disorder should be diversified in the future,and can be combined with the technology of cognitive neuroscience and biofeedback,making physiological indexes as one of indexes that can test treatment effectiveness of sandplay.The mechanism and principle of sandplay therapy to alleviate social anxiety should be further researched.
