摘要
博雅教育的培养目标是具有广博文化知识与优秀人文素养的受教育者,在一定程度上,人文素养养成更为重要。传统文化中,儒学理想人格中的修身律己、责任意识、通达智慧等,道学理想人格中的高扬人的个体价值、推崇超越功利倾向的自由人格等,是博雅教育中人文素养的历史文化渊源。传统文化的理想人格成就之道中,儒学的拥有家国情怀、建立不朽的功德言行、怀有敬畏之心等,道学的实现清澈澄明的率真本性,不忘初心、矢志不渝的坚强意志,以及尊重客观规律与主观能动性相结合的实践精神等,对于博雅教育的人格培养具有借鉴意义。
The training goal of liberal education is to let educatee possess enriched knowledge andoutstanding humanities manners,to a certain extent,humanistic quality is more important.The ideal personality of Daoism is enhancing the individual value,which is a free personality that transcends the utilitarian tendency.The pursuit of ideal personality in traditional culture is the origin of history and culture about humanistic quality in liberal education.The way of achieving ideal personality has more practical meaning for liberal education in personality.Possessing the feelings with home and country and establishing merit of immortal words and deeds in Confucianism,implementing the nature of forthright and sincere,not forgetting the beginner's mind and having maintained strong will,the practice spirit of combining the respecting the objective law and subjective initiative in Daoism,all of which have referential significance to the training of personality.
