阶段式延续护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能和生活质量改善效果研究

Research of stage continuous nursing on the limb function and improvement effect on quality of life of stroke patients

目的:研究阶段式延续护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能和生活质量改善效果。方法:研究对象选取我院2016年7月~2017年4月收治的脑卒中患者100例,采用数字随机法,将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受脑科常规护理干预;观察组患者在此基础上接受延续性护理干预。比较两组患者的治疗疗效,以及护理后的肢体功能和生活质量评分。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者出院后3,6个月的Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分和Barthel指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式延续护理对卒中患者的神经功能恢复起到了明显的促进作用,能明显改善患者肢体功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To research of stage continuous nursing on the limb function and improvement effect on quality of life of stroke patients.Methods:To select100cases of stroke patients cured in our hospital from July2016to April2017,used random number method,divided them into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given regular nursing intervention in Department of Brain,while patients in observation group were given continuous nursing intervention based on the control group,comparing curative effect of two groups and scores on limb function and quality of life after having nursing.Results:Curative effect of observation group were obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05);After nursing,exercise function accelerated scores in Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index after3months or6months discharged from hospital of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stage continuous nursing had positive impact on the recovery of neurological function in patients with stroke,can obviously improve patient's limb function and enhance quality of life.
