冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效能感对治疗依从性及功能独立性的影响

The effect of therapeutic efficacy on treatment compliance and functional independence in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease

目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效能感对治疗依从性及功能独立性的影响。方法:将我院2016年3月~2017年6月收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者根据治疗效能感的不同分为A组(治疗效能感很高组)、B组(治疗效能感较高组)、C组(治疗效能感较低组)及D组(治疗效能感很低组)。比较四组患者的治疗依从性、功能独立性及自护能力。结果:四组患者治疗依从性、功能独立性及自护能力的评估结果经比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗效能感越高的患者其治疗依从性、功能独立性、自护能力相对越好。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效能感对治疗依从性及功能独立性的影响较大,应通过干预冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效能感来达到改善患者治疗态度及功能状态的目的。

Objective:To explore the effect of therapeutic efficacy on treatment compliance and functional independence in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:To select120cases of patients with angina pectoris in CHD in our hospital from March2016to June2017according to the treatment of self-efficacy,divided them into group A(with highest self-efficacy)and group B(with higher self-efficacy),group C(with low self-efficacy)and group D(with lowest self-efficacy).The treatment compliance,functional independence and self-nursing ability of the four groups were compared.Results:Evaluation results of four groups in treatment compliance,functional independence and self-nursing ability were all have statistical significances(P<0.05),the higher its self-efficacy,patient's treatment compliance,functional independence,self nursing ability is relatively better.Conclusion:Treatment self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris have stronger influence on the treatment compliance and functional independence,it should intervene the treatment self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease angina to improve the attitude and functional status of patients.
