品管圈活动在改善脑外伤吞咽障碍患者误吸发生率的应用效果

The application effect of quality control circle activity in improving the incidence of aspiration on patients with cerebral traumatic brain injury and dysphagia

目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在改善脑外伤吞咽障碍患者误吸发生率的应用效果。方法:我科2017年1月成立QCC小组,实施以"降低脑外伤吞咽障碍患者误吸的发生率"为主题的活动,运用QCC工具和方法,进行现况调查、原因分析、拟定对策及实施,将脑外伤吞咽障碍患者的评估流程、误吸急救预案纳入标准化,并进行检讨与改进。结果:QCC活动开展后,脑外伤吞咽障碍患者的误吸发生率明显下降,同时患者的满意度提升了,圈员的整体水平和综合能力均有不同程度提高。结论:通过QCC活动规范了脑外伤吞咽患者的评估流程和误吸急救预案,降低了脑外伤吞咽患者误吸、吸入性肺炎的发生率,同时也提高了患者的满意度还提升了团队的凝聚力和解决问题的能力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity in improving the incidence of aspiration on patients with cerebral traumatic brain injury and dysphagia.Methods:To carry out an activity with the subject of"reduce the incidence of swallowing mistaken by patients with cerebral trauma dysphagia",our department found QCC in January2017to begin present situation investigation,cause analysis,proposed countermeasures and put it into effect,make evaluation process of patients with cerebral trauma and dysphagia,emergency preplan into standardization,and carries on the review and improvement using the QCC tools and methods.Results:The incidence of aspiration on patients with cerebral trauma and dysphagia was significantly lower after the QCC activities,at the same time,improved patient satisfaction,the overall level and comprehensive ability of circle members were enhanced to some extent.Conclusion:Assessment process and emergency preplan of patients had been standardized through QCC activity;it reduces the incidence of swallowing mistaken by patients with cerebral trauma dysphagia,but also improves the patient's satisfaction as well as improves team cohesion and problem solving skills.
