综合护理干预在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients after received laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨综合护理干预在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年10月~2017年10月我院收治的老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例。随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者术后采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理。比较两组患者术后护理效果,包括首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院天数、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术后首次排气时间、住院天数、下床活动时间均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受LC治疗的老年患者术后实施综合护理干预,可以防止患者术后并发症的产生,促进患者术后恢复,让患者尽早下床活动,缩短住院天数,并提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To explore the applicationvalue of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients after received laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:To select80patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from October2015to October2017,randomly and equally divided into the control group and observation group,the patients in control group was given routine care,while patients in observation group was given comprehensive care.The results of postoperative nursing care were compared between the two groups,including the first exhaust time,the time for leaving bed,the length of hospitalization,the satisfaction of nursing and the occurrence of complications.Results:In the observation group,the first exhaust time,the length of hospitalization and the activity time were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients received LC treatment can prevent postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,let the patients get out of bed early,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing.
