持续质量改进在风湿免疫科安全管理中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of continuous quality improvement in safety management of rheumatism and immunology department

目的:探讨分析持续质量改进在风湿免疫科安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年7月~2017年8月我院风湿免疫科收治的患者124例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用持续质量改进护理干预,比较两组患者安全知识掌握及不良事件发生情况。结果:护理干预前两组患者安全知识掌握情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后,研究组患者的安全预防措施、预防知识以及危害性知识的掌握评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预过程中,两组患者不良事件发生例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在风湿免疫科中采用持续质量改进护理干预,可以有效提升患者的安全知识水平,增强安全意识,减少不良事件发生,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect analysis of continuous quality improvement in safety management of rheumatism and immunology department.Methods:To select124patients who were admitted to the rheumatism and immunology department from July2015to August2017,randomly and equally divided them into control group and research group,control group adopted routine nursing intervention,while the research group adopted continuous quality improvement nursing intervention,compared two groups'safety knowledge mastery and adverse event occurrence.Results:Difference was not statistically significance in safety knowledge between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,the scores of safety precautions,prevention knowledge and harmfulness knowledge of the patients in the research group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the course of nursing intervention,the cases of adverse events in the two groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting continuous quality to improve nursing intervention in rheumatism and immunology department can effectively improve patients'safety knowledge level,enhance safety awareness and reduce adverse events,which is worth popularizing and applying.
