摘要
目的:探讨烧伤ICU于护生带教管理中应用PDCA循环方法的效果和满意度的效果。方法:分析我院2016年3月~2017年3月烧伤ICU护生84例资料,按照于带教管理中应用的不同方法分成两组,将行一对一方法带教42例患者作为对照组,将行PDCA循环方法 42例患者作为观察组,对两组效果、满意度进行比较。结果:观察组学习积极性比对照组高,且操作技能、理论知识、实践能力评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对烧伤ICU于护生带教管理中应用PDCA循环方法能够提高其学习积极性、带教质量和满意度,具较高推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect and satisfaction evaluation of PDCA cycle method in the teaching management of nursing students in burn ICU.Methods:To analyze84cases of nursing students in burns ICU in our hospital from March2016to March2017,according to the different methods applied in teaching management,divided into two groups,42patients were treated as the control group,and the42patients received PDCA cycle method as observation group,to compare the effect and satisfaction of two groups.Results:The learning enthusiasm of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and score of the operation skill,theory knowledge,practical ability were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle method applied in the teaching management of nursing students in burn ICU can improve its learning enthusiasm,teaching quality and satisfaction,and has a high value of popularization.
