全髋关节置换术后患者心理弹性现状及影响因素分析

Current situation of mental elasticity of patients after total hip replacement and its influencing factors

目的调查了解已行全髋关节置换术(total hip replacement,THR)患者的心理弹性水平并探讨其相关影响因素。方法采用自主设计的THR术后患者基本情况调查表、社会支持评定量表、自我效能感量表和中国成年人心理弹性量表对某三级甲等综合医院就医的156例THR术后患者进行问卷调查。结果 THR患者的心理弹性平均分为(2.31±0.56)分,总分及各因子的均分均明显低于国内常模(P<0.001);患者性别、手术类型、文化程度、居住地区、社会支持以及自我效能感是心理弹性的影响因素(P<0.05),共可解释方差变异量的30.2%。结论 THR术后患者心理弹性水平较低,临床医护人员应全面评估患者的个性特征,注意调动社会支持力量和提升其自我效能感,以促进其对疾病压力的有效应对和改善心理健康水平。

Objective To survey the mental elasticity of patients after total hip replacement(THR),and explore the related influencing factors.Methods The self-designed THR postoperative patients basic situation questionnaire,social support rating scale,general self-efficacy scale and Chinese adults′mental elasticity scale were adopted to investigate 156 THR patients treated in a grade three class A comprehensive hospital.Results The average mental elasticity score of THR patients was 2.31±0.56,significantly lower than the national norms(P<0.001).Patients′gender,operation type,education degree,residential region,social support and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of the mental elasticity(P<0.05).They could explain 30.2%of the variance variability.Conclusion The mental elasticity of THR patients is low.The clinical medical staff should assess the characteristics of the patients comprehensively,mobilize their social support and self-efficacy,in order to enhance their effective coping with illness stress as well as increase their psychological health level
