四黄膏外敷治疗皮下注射胰岛素所致皮下硬结的疗效观察

Effects of external application of Sihuang ointment on indurations caused by the subcutaneous injection of insulin

目的观察四黄膏外敷治疗皮下注射胰岛素所致皮下硬结的治疗效果。方法选取皮下注射胰岛所致皮下硬结的糖尿病患者60例,将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组使用四黄膏外敷皮下硬结,1次/d;对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷,3次/d,7d后进行治疗效果评定。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=-3.112,P=0.002)。结论四黄膏外敷治疗皮下注射胰岛素所致皮下硬结,皮下硬结明显缩小,局部压痛明显减轻,效果佳,操作方便,患者治疗依从性高,费用低,经济适用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Sihuang ointment plaster on subcutaneous indurations caused by the subcutaneous injection of insulin.Methods Sixty diabetic patients with subcutaneous indurations induced by the subcutaneous injection of insulin were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each of 30.The treatment group was applied Sihuang ointment on subcutaneous indurations once a day,while the control group was applied 50%magnesium sulfate three times a day,lasting for seven days.Results The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-3.112,P=0.002).Conclusion The endermic indurations caused by the subcutaneous injection of insulin shrink significantly,with significant relief of local pain after the external application of the Sihuang ointment.Such treatment is of good effect,low cost and high compliance of patients
