沟通程序表的应用对住院内科患者护患关系的影响

The effect of applying the communication table on the nurse-patient relationship in wards of the internal medicine department

目的探讨沟通程序表的应用对住院内科患者护患关系的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月收治的108例内科患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各54例。观察组应用沟通程序表进行病情评估和护患沟通,对照组采用常规的护理方法进行护患沟通。比较2组患者对护理人员的信任度,焦虑、抑郁情绪以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组对护理工作的满意度评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(t=2.658,P=0.014;t=2.774,P=0.009),未来信心项评分高于对照组(t=2.241,P=0.036),其他项目2组患者比较,均无统计学意义。结论护理人员应用沟通程序表与患者进行沟通,能够缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the communication table on the nurse-patient relationship in wards of the internal medicine department.Methods Totally 108 patients admitted to the internal medicine department of our hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 54.The nurser-patient communication was conducted in the routine method,while the communication table was used in the observation group.The compliance,anxiety and depression level of patients,and their satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while that of anxiety and depression was significantly lower than the latter(t=2.658,P=0.014;t=2.774,P=0.009).The future confidence score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=2.241,P=0.036),while there was no significont difference between 2 groups in the other items of trust degree.Conclusion The communication table can be used to conduct the communication between the nursing staff and patients can relieve patients′depression and anxiety,as well as their satisfaction to the nursing staff
