优质护理服务在临床口腔修复中的应用效果

Evaluating effects of high quality nursing service in prosthodontics clinical work

目的评价优质护理服务在临床口腔修复中的应用效果。方法选取2015～2016年于修复科就诊的门诊患者10 648例,将2015年进行常规护理的4 615例患者设为对照组,2016年实施优质护理的6 033例患者作为观察组,比较2组患者的候诊时间、患者满意情况、表扬信数量、护理投诉例数。结果观察组患者平均候诊时间低于对照组的(t=127.846,P<0.001);患者满意人数明显多于对照组(χ~2=266.470,P<0.001);表扬信数量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.371,P=0.242),护理投诉量低于对照组(χ~2=8.284,P=0.004)。结论具有口腔修复专业特色、连续、全程、无缝化、整体的人性化优质护理服务是提高护理质量和患者满意度的有效途径。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of high quality nursing service in prosthodontics clinical work.Methods Totally 10 648 outpatients treated in the prosthodontics department in our hospital in 2015 and 2016 were included.The 4 615 patients undergoing regular nursing in 2015 were chosen into the control group,while the rest 6 033 undergoing high quality nursing in 2016 were selected into the observation group.The waiting time,patients′satisfaction,number of commendatory letters and complaints about nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group(t=127.846,P<0.001).The number of satisfying patients of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group(χ2=266.470,P<0.001),while that of the complaints about nursing was significantly lower than the latter(χ2=8.284,P=0.004).There was no signifcantly difference in the number of commendatory letters between 2 groups(χ2=1.371,P=0.242).Conclusion The humanized high-quality nursing is effective in promoting nursing quality and patients′satisfaction.
