基于RELAP5的浮动式核电二回路凝结水过冷现象模拟研究

摘要 浮动式核电站的二回路系统与常规核电类似,凝汽器热井中的凝结水通常会存在凝结水过冷的问题,造成凝结水过冷的原因是多方面的。本文主要以RELAP5程序为建模软件,模拟汽轮机低压缸乏汽中含有不凝结气体造成凝结水过冷的现象,并说明不凝结气体的含量对凝汽器压力、过冷度、换热量、传热端差及冷却水温升的影响。结果表明,在乏汽中加入不凝结气体能够模拟凝结水过冷的现象,且能够揭示随着不凝结气体含量变化而导致凝汽器传热特性变化的规律,该模型具有较高的仿真度。 Similar to conventional nuclear power plant,condensate water supercooling is a common problem in secondary coolant of floating nuclear power plant,which is caused by many reasons.In this article,RELAP5is used to simulate the phenomenon of condensate water supercooling caused by noncondensable gas.The influence of noncondensable gas to condenser’s pressure、supercooling degree、heat transfer rate、terminal temperature difference、cooling water temperature rise is explained.The conclude shows that the model with noncondensable gas in steam can simulate condensate water supercooling,and reveal the discipline of condenser’s heat transfer characteristics as a function of noncondensable gas content,and the model has a high degree of simulation.
