摘要
套袋是我国果树栽培的一项关键技术,而目前有关套袋技术的研究主要集中于果实微域环境、果皮结构、果皮抗逆能力等方面,有关果袋对果实生长发育和品质形成规律的影响研究较少。本文以‘春艳’和‘春蜜’两个桃品种为试材,分别对其进行采前遮光性套袋处理,并分析桃果实成熟过程中不同光照条件对桃果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋果实外观品质明显优于未套袋果实(对照);套袋果实中叶绿素和花青素含量均低于未套袋果实。
Bagging is one of the key techniques in the cultivation of fruit trees in our country.At present,the research on bagging techniques mainly focuses on the micro-environment of the fruit,the structure of the peel,the resistance of the peel and so on.studies on the effect of fruit baggingon fruit growth and quality are limited.In this paper,two peach cultivars,Chunyan and Chunmei,were used as materials,respectively,and bagging treatments with opaque paper were conducted respectively.The effects of different light conditions on peach fruit quality were also analyzed.The results showed that the appearance quality of bagged fruits was significantly better than that of uncoated fruits(control).The contents of chlorophyll and anthocyanin in bagged fruits were lower than those of unaggregated fruits.
