摘要
介绍了某核电厂汽轮机低压转子膨胀监测值超过设计报警阈值的问题。通过分析和检查,得出问题的根本原因是低压转子在汽轮机轴封蒸汽加热作用下发生轴向膨胀,且该膨胀量远大于转子低速旋转时泊松效应造成的轴向收缩量。现场制定、实施了解决方案,经验证该方案解决了汽轮机低压转子膨胀监测值超过设计报警阈值的问题。
The paper introduces the problem of turbine low-pressure rotor monitor value was greater than design alarm threshold at a nuclear power plant.Through analysis and inspection,the root cause of the problem is low-pressure rotor under the effect of turbine shaft seal steam heating generate axial expansion,and this expansion value is greater than the axial shrinkage value which caused by Poisson Effect when turbine low-pressure rotor rotates at low speed.Develop and implement solutions for the problem which was solved after verification on site.
