急性脑卒中患者血清25-(OH)D_3与NIHSS评分、血脂的关系研究

摘要 目的研究分析急性脑卒中患者血清25-(OH)D_3水平及其与NIHSS评分、血脂水平的关系,为防治脑卒中进展提供参考。方法以2015年2月至2017年2月所收治急性脑卒中患者共91例为研究对象,对所有患者给予血清25-(OH)D_3水平检测、NIHSS评分及血脂水平检测,分析不同25-(OH)D_3水平下患者的NIHSS评分、血脂水平,以同期收治健康体检者90例为健康对照组。结果急性脑卒中组患者血清25-(OH)D_3水平、血脂水平与健康对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05);低水平组患者的NHISS评分、TG、TC、LDL-L水平均高于正常水平组(P<0.05)。经相关性分析显示,25-(OH)D_3水平与HINSS评分、TG、TC、LDL-L均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑卒中患者血清25-(OH)D_3呈低水平,且与NIHSS评分、血脂水平均有明显负相关性,25-(OH)D_3可能是导致脑卒中发生、发展的原因。 Objective To study the relationship between serum 25-(OH)D3 level and NIHSS score and blood lipid levels in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy,and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of cerebral apoplexy.Methods Ninety-one patients with acute cerebral apoplexy from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the objects.The serum levels of 25-(OH)D3,NIHSS score and blood lipid levels of patients were measured.The NIHSS scores,blood lipid levels of patients with different levels of 25-(OH)D3 were analyzed,and the same period of treatment of healthy subjects in 90 cases as a health control group.Results The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 and blood lipids in acute cerebral apoplexy group were significantly different from those in the health control group(P<0.05).The NHISS score,TG,TC and LD L-L levels of the low level group were higher than those of the normal level group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that 25-(OH)D3 levels were negatively correlated with HINSS score,TG,TC and LDL-L levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum 25-(OH)D3 level of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy is low,and it has a negative correlation between NIHSS score and blood lipids level,it may be the cause of occurrence and development of cerebral apoplexy
