子宫角部位妊娠与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的超声声像图及血清绒毛膜促性腺激素比较

Comparison of ultrasonograms between cornual pregnancy and malignant trophoblastic tumors and their serum human chorionic gonadotrophin levels

目的探讨子宫角部位妊娠患者与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者在超声声像图以及血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平方面呈现出的差异。方法选择我院2015年5月至2017年2月收治的86例子宫角部位妊娠患者以及86例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分别对应设为A1组(子宫角部位妊娠组)以及A2组(恶性滋养细胞肿瘤组)。临床对两组患者均开展超声检测以及血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平检测,并对两组患者的检测结果进行差异回顾性分析。结果两组患者在筛网状及条状血流分布方面,差异显著(P<0.05)。A2组患者的血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、舒张末期流速以及收缩期峰值流速均高于A1组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论子宫角部位妊娠患者以及恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者在进行鉴别诊断期间,采用超声检测+血清绒毛膜促性腺激素检测的方法完成,最终发挥的协同效果显著,可为这两类患者的临床治疗提供准确参考依据。

Objective To investigate the differences in ultrasonograms between cornual pregnancy and malignant trophoblastic tumors and their serum human chorionic gonadotrophin levels.Methods Eighty-six patients with cornual pregnancy and 86 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumors in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled as the research objects,and corresponding set as A 1 group(cornual pregnancy group)and A2 group(malignant trophoblastic tumor group),respectively.Ultrasound and serum levels of chorionic gonadotropin were detected in both groups,and the differences of the results between the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the distribution of mesh-like and strip-shaped blood flow(P<0.05).Serum levels of chorionic gonadotropin,end-diastolic and systolic peak velocity in the group A2 were significantly higher than those in the group A 1(P<0.05).Conclusion During the differential diagnosis in patients with cornual pregnancy and patients with malignant trophoblastic tumors,taking ultrasound and serum levels of chorionic gonadotropin detection can gain significant synergy,which can provide accurate reference of the clinical treatment on these two types of patients.
