小儿EB病毒感染联合应用干扰素与更昔洛韦治疗的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of interferon combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of EB virus infection in children

目的探讨小儿EB病毒感染联合应用干扰素与更昔洛韦治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的50例EB病毒感染患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组患儿采用更昔洛韦静脉滴注治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上联合应用干扰素治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,临床症状及体征缓解时间显著短于对照组,白细胞计数、ALT及AST等实验室指标水平显著低于对照组,IgA、IgG及IgM等免疫功能指标水平显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论干扰素与更昔洛韦联合应用可有效改善EB病毒感染患儿的临床症状及体征,提高免疫力,临床疗效显著,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of EB virus infection in children.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,50 children with EB virus infection in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the treatment method,with 25 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with ganciclovir intravenous drip.The children in the study group were treated with interferon on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the remission time of clinical symptoms and signs were shorter than those of the control group;the WBC count,ALT and AST lab indexes levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the immune function indexes levels such as IgA,IgG and IgM were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon combined with ganciclovir in children with EB virus infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,improve immunity,and have significant clinical efficacy,which has important application value.
