曲安奈德对复杂性视网膜脱离玻璃体切除术后增生性玻璃体视网膜病变发生的预防作用

Preventive effect of triamcinolone acetonide on proliferative vitreoretinopathy after vitrectomy of complex retinal detachment

目的研究曲安奈德对复杂性视网膜脱离玻璃体切除术后增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)发生的预防效果。方法选取复杂性视网膜脱离患者80例(共120只眼,双眼患者40例、单眼患者40例)作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为治疗组(玻璃体切除术联合玻璃体腔注入曲安奈德治疗)、对照组(单纯的玻璃体切除术),各40例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果随访观察1年后,两组视力水平≤0.02的比例均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组PVR发生率为7.5%,术后视网膜脱离复发率为5.0%,低于对照组的30.0%、20.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对复杂性视网膜脱离患者采用玻璃体切除术时联合曲安奈德治疗具有较高的临床价值。

O b j e c t i v e To study the preventive effect of triamcinolone acetonide on proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PV R)after complex retinal detachment with retinal detachment.M e t h o d s A total o f 80 patients with complex retinal detachment(120 eyes in total,40 cases in both eyes and 40 cases in monocular disease)were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into treatment group(treated with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide and vitrectomy)and control group(treated with simple vitrectomy)according to the treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment effects were compared in the two groups.R e s u l t s After followed up for 1 year,the ratio of visual acuity臆0.02 in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of PV R in the treatment group was 7.5%,the recurrence rate of retinal detachment was 5.0%,which were significantly lower than 3 0.0%and 2 0.0%in the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n Triamcinolone acetonide and vitrectomy in the treatment of patients with complex retinal detachment has high clinical value.
