中西医结合治疗脑血管病导致的假性球麻痹的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western integrative medicine in patients with pseudobulbar palsy caused by cerebral vascular disease

目的观察中西医结合治疗脑血管病导致的假性球麻痹的临床效果。方法将我院收治的68例脑血管病导致的假性球麻痹患者分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予醒脑通窍开结汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组的全血低切、红细胞压积及红细胞刚性指数明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者的全血高切、全血低切、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数明显优于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者未见不良反应。结论采用中西医结合治疗脑血管病导致的假性球麻痹临床效果显著,血液流变学各指标改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western integrative medicine in patients with pseudobulbar palsy caused by cerebral vascular disease.M e tho d s Sixty-eight patients with pseudobulbar palsy caused by cerebral vascular disease admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with X i n g n a o T o n g q i a o K a i j i e decoction based on the control group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.R e s u lts The total effective rate was 9 1.1 8%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 7 0.5 9%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the low-shear whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte rigidity index of the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);and the high-shear whole blood viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte rigidity index of the observation group were better than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.C o n c lu s io n Traditional Chinese and western integrative medicine in patients with pseudobulbar palsy caused by cerebral vascular disease has remarkable clinical effect,and itc a n significantly improve the hemorheology indexes of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
