PDCA循环培训模式在手术患者转运中的应用效果

Effect of PDCA cycle training mode on surgical patients transfusion

目的探讨PDCA循环培训模式在手术患者转运中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月至12月手术室对转运患者的护理人员实施PDCA循环培训模式,将此模式下护理的患者962例作为研究组,将2015年1月至12月未实施PDCA循环培训模式下护理的患者859例作为对照组,比较两组患者的转运成功率及手术患者交接记录单填写完整符合率。结果对照组手术患者转运成功率为94.4%,研究组手术患者转运成功率为99.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术患者交接记录单填写完整符合率(99.5%)明显高于对照组(96.9%)(P<0.05)。结论在手术室患者转运中实施PDCA循环模式培训,可明显提高转运成功率,提高手术患者交接记录单填写完整率,有效保障患者安全。

objective To explore the utilization results of PDCA cycle training mode in the transist of operating patients.M e t h o d s From January to December in 2016,the operating room conducted PDCA cycle training mode for the nursing staffs who transfered the patients,962 patients under this mode of nursing were taken as the study group,and a total of 859 patients who did not under the PDCA training mode from January to December in 2015 were selected as the control group.The success transist rates and complete coincidence rates of recording forms between the two groups were compared.R e s u l t s The transist success rates in the control group was 94.4%,and the transist success rate in the study group was 99.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete coincidence rate of recording forms in the study group was 99.5%,which was higher than 9 6.9%in the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n PDCA cycle training mode applied in the operating patients transist can siginificatly improve the transist success rate and the complete coincidence rate of recording forms,which can ensure the safetry of the patients
