护理干预应用于胆结石合并胃溃疡护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of nursing intervention in the nursing of cholelithiasis complicated with gastric ulcer

目的研究护理干预应用于胆结石合并胃溃疡护理中的效果。方法选取64例胆结石合并胃溃疡患者,回顾其一般资料,根据护理方法划分为研究组(32例)及对照组(32例)。对照组选取常规方式予以护理,研究组基于常规护理给予护理干预;对比两组护理满意度、结石复发率、术后出血量、住院时间与护理前、后焦虑、抑郁评分。结果与对照组对比,研究组护理满意度更高,结石复发率、术后出血量、住院时间更优,焦虑、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于胆结石合并胃溃疡护理中的效果显著,可使结石复发率下降,减少术后出血量,缩短住院时间,还可改善焦虑、抑郁状况,提升护理满意度,值得推广运用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in the nursing of cholelithiasis complicated with gastric ulcer.Methods Sixty-four patients with cholelithiasis complicated with gastric ulcer were selected,and their general data were reviewed.They were divided into study group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases)according to nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,recurrence rate,postoperative bleeding volume,hospital stays and the anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher,the recurrence rate of calculi,postoperative blood loss,and hospitalization time were better,and anxiety and depression scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing intervention is effective in the nursing of cholelithiasis complicated with gastric ulcer.Itcan reduce the recurrence rate of stones,reduce postoperative bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stays,improve anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
