NICU护理质量管理中持续质量改进的应用效果

Application effect of continuous quality improvement in NICU nursing quality management

目的分析新生儿重症监护(NICU)护理质量管理中持续质量改进的应用效果。方法选取我院NICU收治的188例患儿为研究对象,将持续质量改进前收治的患儿作为对照组(93例),改进后收治的患儿为研究组(95例)。患儿转出病房后,对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度为96.84%,较对照组的84.95%明显更高(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员的护理知识、实际操作技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NICU护理质量管理中应用持续质量改进,能促进护理质量显著提高,帮助患儿有效避免在救治过程中存在的风险因素,护理人员素质显著提高,家长满意度也大大增加。

objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)nursing quality management.M e t h o d s A total of 188 children in NICU of our hospital were selected as the research objects,the control group(n=93)was treated before continuous quality improvement,and the study group(n=95)was treated after continuous quality improvement.When children were out of the ward,the nursing effects in the two groups were compared.R e s u l t s The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 96.84%,which was higher than 84.95%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing staff's nursing knowledge,actual operation skill scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n Continuous quality improvement applied in the NICU nursing quality management can significantly improve the nursing quality,help children effectively avoid the risk factors existing in the treatment process,improve the quality of nursing staff and greatly increase the satisfaction of the parents
