优质护理干预对肝硬化患者治疗依从性及肝功能恢复的影响

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on treatment compliance and recovery of hepatic function in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探讨优质护理干预对肝硬化患者治疗依从性及肝功能恢复的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2016年12月本院收治的肝硬化患者146例,根据随机数表法将所有患者分为两组,每组73例。对照组患者实施常规的护理干预,观察组患者实施优质护理干预,对比两组患者的治疗依从性与肝功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性较好发生率明显较对照组高(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者ALT、AST、ALB水平均明显改善,且观察组ALT、AST水平较对照组低,观察组ALB水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对肝硬化患者的影响显著,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,促进肝功能恢复。

objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on treatment compliance and recovery of hepatic function in patients with liver cirrhosis.M e t h o d s One hundred and forty-six patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 20 1 6 were selected,and divided into two groups by random number table,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.The treatment compliance and recovery of hepatic function were compared between the two groups.R e s u l t s The good treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the A L T,A S T,ALB levels in the two groups significantly improved,the A L T and A ST levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while ALB level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n High quality nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis can increase treatment compliance and promote recovery of hepatic function.
