摘要
传统教学模式已很难满足教育信息化的发展需求,为解决这一难题,本文提出了将微课与PBL相结合的方法。微课结合以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)利用课堂和网络为医学生提供学习交流平台,提高解决临床实践问题的能力,激发学生自主学习的兴趣,从而提升学生的整体学习能力,同时也促进教师教学水平的提高。本研究探讨了在呼吸内科临床实习教学中开展微课结合PBL教学法的特点及效果,为进一步优化呼吸内科教学改革提供新思路。
As the traditional medical education approaches have increasingly struggled to meet the contemporary needs of informatics technology,the combination of microlecture with the problem-based learning(PBL)is proposed here as a solution to this challenge.Microlecture,a s a newly-emerged teaching mode featured by tininess,shortness and refinedness,it has brought more innovation in medical education in recent years.PBL is aimed at addressing questions or puzzles generated in clinical practice through combined efforts of self-motivated education by students themselves and enlightening lectures by teachers.The brainstorms between students and teachers will improve the quality of learning process and the clinical practice mutually.Specifically,we discussed in this paper the application of microlecture combined with PBL in the teaching of pulmonology to explore novel approaches for the clinical education
