舒肝解郁胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性胃肠病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with deanxit in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders

目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性胃肠病患者的临床疗效。方法将68例功能性胃肠病患者随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组给予舒肝解郁胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上加用黛力新。比较两组患者的治疗效果、SAS和SDS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组的SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性胃肠病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with deanxit in patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders.Methods Sixty-eight patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule,the observation group added deanxit on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,SAS and SDS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups significantly decreased,and the SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with deanxit in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders has significantly clinical curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
