腔内泌尿外科技术治疗输尿管狭窄的临床效果

Clinical effect of endourology in the treatment of ureterostenosis

目的研究输尿管狭窄患者采用腔内泌尿外科技术的临床应用效果。方法选择本院收治的90例输尿管狭窄患者作为研究对象,对所有患者实施腔内泌尿外科技术治疗,分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果 90例患者一次性治愈共82例,治愈率为91.1%,其输尿管狭窄得到明显扩张,积水情况明显改善;有2例患者存在病情复发的现象,行再次治疗。结论腔内泌尿外科技术在输尿管狭窄患者中的应用具有操作简单、疗效显著以及创伤小等多种特点,能够有效地减小手术创伤,控制术后狭窄的复发率。

Objective To summarize the clinical application effect of endourology in the treatment of ureterostenosis.Methods A total of 90 cases of ureterostenosis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,all patients underwent endourological treatment,the patients'clinical treatment effects were analyzed.Results Of the 90 cases,there were 82 cases of one-time cure,the cure rate was 91.1%,the ureterostenosis significantly expanded and water conditions improved significantly;there were 2 cases of recurrent and received the second treatment.Conclusion Endourology has the characteristics of simple operation,significant curative effect and small trauma,which can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and control the recurrence rate of postoperative ureterostenosis
