PKP与PVP对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者椎体功能的影响

Effect of PKP and PVP on vertebral function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)联合椎体成形术(PVP)对胸腰椎多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者椎体功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的胸腰椎多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者65例,依据入院顺序分为研究组(35例)及参照组(30例),研究组给予PKP+PVP治疗,参照组给予单纯PVP治疗,评价两组临床疗效。结果术后1周,研究组VAS评分及Cobb角度明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1周、6个月及1年的Oswestry评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PKP联合PVP治疗胸腰椎多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折具有显著效果,不仅可帮助患者缓解疼痛,还可减轻椎体功能障碍。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)on vertebral function in patients with multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of thoracolumbar spine.Methods Sixty-five cases of patients with multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of thoracolumbar spine admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(35 cases)and reference group(30 cases).The study group was given PKP+PVP treatment,while the reference group was given pure PVP treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results One week after operation,the VAS score and Cobb angle of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The Oswestry scores of the study group at 1 week,6 months and 1 year after operation were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP combined with PVP in the treatment of multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of thoracolumbar spine has significant effect,it can not only help patients relieve pain,but also reduce vertebral dysfunction.
