戊酸雌二醇+米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果

Clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol on postmenopausal women taking IUD

目的研究戊酸雌二醇+米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月于我院进行取环的绝经后患者100例为研究对象。根据数字列表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组患者取环术前不使用任何药物,试验组患者术前使用戊酸雌二醇+米索前列醇。分析比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、取环效果、取环时的疼痛程度以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的取环成功率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者取环时的疼痛总发生率为18.00%,明显低于对照组的38.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应总发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后取环患者手术时应用戊酸雌二醇+米索前列醇,可提高取环成功率,减轻疼痛,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of estradiol valerate+misoprostol on postmenopausal women taking IUD.Methods A total of 100 cases of postmenopausal women taking IUD in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and experimental group by digital list method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group did not use any drugs before taking IUD surgery,the experimental group was treated with estradiol valerate+misoprostol before surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,effects of IUD removal,pain and the incidence of adverse reactions after operation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The successful rate of IUD removal of the experimental group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pain in the experimental group was 18.00%,which was significantly lower than 38.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of estradiol valerate+misoprostol on postmenopausal women taking IUD can improve the successful rate of IUD removal,reduce pain,with high safety,it is worthy of popularization and application.
