万托林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床效果 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究万托林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法对2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的68例小儿哮喘急性发作患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗;同时,对照组给予万托林雾化吸入治疗,研究组给予万托林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果及治疗前、后肺功能。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的PaCO2、Pa O2及PEF%明显优于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论万托林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作具有显著临床效果,可进一步改善患儿的肺功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of ventolin and pulmicort atomization inhalation therapy on pediatric acute asthma attack.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of children with acute asthma attack admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All the children were divided into study group and control group according to the treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.All the children were given routine treatment,and the control group received ventolin atomization inhalation therapy on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group accepted ventolin and pulmicort atomization inhalation therapy.The clinical effects and pulmonary function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PaCO2,PaO2 and PEF%in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ventolin and pulmicort atomization inhalation therapy in the treatment of pediatric acute asthma attack has remarkable clinical effects.It can further improve the pulmonary function of the children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
