地佐辛联合不同剂量右美托咪定自控静脉镇痛应用于腹腔镜子宫全切术后的效果对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的对比地佐辛联合不同剂量右美托咪定自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)应用于腹腔镜子宫全切术后的效果。方法将我院行腹腔镜子宫全切术的102例患者根据随机数字表分为A、B、C组,各34例。三组均采用地佐辛联合右美托咪定PCIA镇痛,三组右美托咪定用量分别为0.5、1.0、1.5μg/kg。比较三组12、24 h VAS与Ramsay评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 B、C组术后12、24 h VAS与Ramsay评分优于A组(P<0.05)。A、B组患者不良反应总发生率均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合1.0μg/kg右美托咪定PCIA镇痛应用于腹腔镜子宫全切术后的效果与安全性最为可靠。 Objective To compare the analgesic effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)with dezocine and different doses of dexmedetomidine after laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 102 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The three groups were all given PCIA analgesia with dexmedetomidine and dezocine,the dosages of dexmetomidine in the three groups were 0.5,1.0,1.5滋g/kg respectively.The 12,24 h VAS,Ramsay scores and adverse reactions in the three groups were evaluated.Results The scores of 12,24 h VAS and Ramsay scores in group B and C were better than those in group A(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse reactions in the group A and B were lower than that in the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of PCIA analgesia with dezocine and 1.0滋g/kg dexmedetomidine after laparoscopic hysterectomy is the most reliable.
