子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者妇科手术护理干预措施及效果

Nursing intervention measures of gynecological surgery in patients with uterine fibroids combined with hypertension and its effect

目的观察并分析子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者妇科手术护理干预措施及效果。方法选择本院2015年8月至2016年10月收治的60例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者,按护理方法将其分为A组(34例)和B组(26例)。A组给予妇科手术优质护理,B组给予妇科手术常规护理。对比两组护理效果。结果两组患者的心脑血管意外发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的舒张压与收缩压均下降,各项生活质量评分均升高,且A组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术优质护理能够降低子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者心脑血管疾病发生率,可有效控制血压,并能提高其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To ing intervention measures of gynecological surgery in patients with uterine fibroids combined with hypertension and its effects.Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids combined with hypertension enrolled in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were divided into group A(34 cases)and group B(26 cases)according to the nursing methods.The group A was given gynecological surgery quality nursing,while the group B was given gynecological surgery routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of cerebrovascular accident between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and those of the group A were better than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological surgery quality nursing can decrease the incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with uterine fibroids combined with hypertension,can effectively control the blood pressure and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
