人性化护理模式在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing mode in patients with gastric cancer surgery

目的研究人性化护理模式在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的82例胃癌手术患者,均于2016年3月至2017年3月入院,随机划分为研究组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组患者选取常规方式予以护理,研究组患者在常规方式的基础上选取人性化护理模式。对比两组护理后的治疗依从性及满意度。结果与对照组对比,研究组患者护理后的治疗依从性更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组患者护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式在胃癌手术护理中的应用效果显著,可进一步提升患者在临床上的治疗依从性、护理服务满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing mode in patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 82 gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected from March 2016 to March 2017.They were randomly divided into study group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,on the basis of the routine nursing,patients in the study group were given humanized nursing.The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance after nursing in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode has significant application effect in patients with gastric cancer surgery,which can further improve patients'clinical compliance and nursing service satisfaction,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
