精细化护理应用于重症老年颅脑损伤的临床效果

Clinical application effect of meticulous nursing on elderly patients with severe brain

目的观察精细化护理应用于重症老年颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院重症老年颅脑损伤患者112例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者在常规基础上予以精细化护理。观察比较两组患者的护理满意度、GCS评分、NIHSS评分及Fugl-Meyer评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,GCS及Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对重症老年颅脑损伤患者予以精细化护理,能够提高患者的护理满意度及Fugl-Meyer、GCS评分,并且降低患者的NIHSS评分。

Objective To observate the clinical application effect of meticulous nursing on elderly patients with severe brain.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of severe brain injury in the elderly patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given meticulous nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the scores of GCS,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer of the two groups were observated and compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the score of NIHSS was lower than that of the control group,the scores of GCS and Fugl-Meyer were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing on elderly patients with severe brain injury can improve the nursing satisfaction,increase the scores of GCS and Fugl-Meyer,reduce the score of NIHSS.
