医务人员锐器伤相关危险因素分析及防护措施

Analysis of the risk factors related to sharp instrument injury of medical staff and its protective measures

目的及时掌握和了解临床医务人员锐器伤发生的危险因素,分析造成锐器伤的原因,探讨相应的防护措施,降低锐器伤发生率。方法采用回顾性调查,对医院2014年6月1日至2017年7月31日临床科室上报至院感办的64例发生锐器伤的医务人员资料进行整理和数据统计、分析。结果发生锐器伤的64例医务人员,职业分布以临床护士最高,其次是针灸理疗师;锐器伤的器具主要是静脉输液和采血用的钢针为主,发生的地点主要是普通病房,暴露源主要是HBV,以皮下注射免疫球蛋白为主要处理措施。结论锐器伤发生率高直接威胁着医务人员的身心,合理适当采取一些防护措施避免锐器伤的发生在临床工作非常重要。

Objective To master and understand the risk factors of sharp instrument injuries in medical staff in time,and analyze the causes of sharp instrument injuries,and explore corresponding protective measures,so as to reduce the incidence rate of sharp instrument injuries.Methods The research was used the retrospective investigate,the data of 64 medical staff with sharp instrument injuries which were reported to hospital sense office from clinical department in our hospital from June 1,2014 to July 31,2017 were collated and analyzed.Results Among the 64 medical staff with sharp instrument injuries,occupational distribution to clinical nurses was the highest,followed by acupuncture therapist.The instruments of sharp injury was mainly intravenous infusion and blood sampling with the needle;the main occur place was the general ward;the main source of exposure was HBV;the main treatment measures was subcutaneous injection of immunoglobulin.Conclusion The high incidence of sharp injuries directly threatens the physical and mental health of medical staff,and it is very important to reasonably and properly take some protective measures to avoid the occurrence of sharp injuries in clinical work.
