关于应届大学生创新创业的探索

Exploration on Contemporary College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship

我国就业市场的变化，推动了应届大学生的就业，同时也带来了巨大的压力。因此，对学生创新创业能力的培养，成了我们高校教育的重要任务。围绕这个任务，本文论述了创新创业教育的概念、意义、途径、方法，用以提高学生创新创业能力，提高就业率。

In the changing environment of employment market in China,the college graduates who want to become the main force to promote market prosperity must master more professional skills and environmental adaptability,and should have excellent innovative and entrepreneurial skills.However,the difficulty of finding jobs has gradually become a widespread social situation nowadays.Encouraging new graduates to innovate and start businesses is a practical way to alleviate the anxiety of contemporary college students and to enhance their core competitiveness.Although some college students have the desire to start a business,they still have problems in their ability,which makes them feel stressed and even confused.College students need urgently help and guidance in terms of knowledge and practical ability in innovation and entrepreneurship.Moreover,they need to recognize their incompetence and other problems brought about by innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the practice,this paper analyzes the strength and process of the entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship of the college students,and sums up the problems and gives some suggestions.
