Analysis of annual evaluation results of 2017 standardized residency training bases of general practice

对全科住院医师规范化培训(住培)基地进行评估,了解全科住培中存在的问题。聘请54位全科专家,以全科住培基地评估指标为依据对19个省的72家全科住培基地进行现场评估。评估结果:各省卫生计生行政部门对全科住院医师培训给予了高度重视,已有50%的住培基地建立了独立的全科医学科。基地注重师资队伍建设,不断创新培训方法,逐步完善管理规章制度。同时,也存在一些问题,还有一半的基地尚未建立独立的全科医学科,全科医学师资、住院医师培训不规范,基层实践基地存在的问题较多。全科住院医师培训取得了一定的成绩,但也还存在诸多问题,应进一步加强全科住培基地和师资队伍建设,尽快建立独立的全科医学科,注重全科住院医师培训的针对性,不断提高全科住院医师培训质量。

This study aims to evaluate the standardized residency training bases of general practice and realize the problems that currently existed.Fifty-four experts in general practice were invited to conduct the on-site evaluations of 72 general practice training bases from 19 provinces,which were based on the evaluation index of the standardized residency training of general practice.Assessment results:The provincial health and family planning commission highly valued the training of general practice residents.Half of the bases had already established independent department of general practice,great attention was paid to the construction of teaching staff and innovations of training methods.Management rules and regulations were gradually perfected.But there were also some problems.For instance,half of the bases still had not established the independent department of general practice,the construction of teaching staff and residency training process was not standard enough and many problems still existed in the primary care practice bases.There were some achievements in the training of general practice residents,but there were still many problems.The standardized residency training bases and the teaching staff construction of general practice should be strengthened further and independent department of general practice should be established as soon as possible.The hospitals should pay attention to the specific training of residents and constantly improve the qualities of residency training of general practice.
