摘要 住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学生毕业后教育的重要环节,是医学人才培养的重要手段和必要途径。认真落实各项制度和政策,是保障住培工作顺利开展的前提。在全国内科住培专业基地评估中,对照国家标准,我们发现存在以下共性问题:组织框架不健全、过程管理薄弱、培训基本条件不达标、师资队伍建设薄弱、教学质量和学习效果不尽人意。针对上述现象,提出以下建议:建立健全内科专业基地组织框架、落实岗位职责;构建以岗位胜任力为导向的阶梯式培训模式,因材施教,同质化培训;完善亚专科建设、病例病种数量等基本条件;加强师资队伍建设,增强培训强度,规范教学活动;关注过程管理,强化质量监督,以确保培训质量、内容和标准。 The standardized residency training is an essential part of after-graduate medical education,and it is an important method as well as a necessary approach for medical personnel training.Putting each regime and policy in place is a precondition to guarantee that the residency training programs will be carried out successfully.During the national evaluation of internal medicine residency training bases,we found that there were some common problems according to the national criterion,including improper organization structure and poor process management,unqualified general training conditions,weak faculties building and dissatisfied teaching qualities and learning efficiency.Aiming at these phenomena,we proposed several suggestions:setting up a sound organization structure,implementing one’s responsibility;establishing a competency based progressive training model,giving the residents personalized and homogenous training;improving general conditions such as sub-specialty constructions,and increasing of disease varieties and numbers;enhancing faculty development,reinforcing training intensity,standardizing teaching activities;paying attention to process management,enhancing quality supervision,so as to insure the qualities,contents,and standardization of residency training.
