基于社会支持理论的住院医师规范化培训文化建设的探索

Exploration on the cultural construction of standardized residency training based on social support theory

为研究当前住院医师规范化培训(住培)的保障情况,本文以社会支持理论为基础,从客观支持、主观支持及对社会支持的利用度这3个维度,对深圳市人民医院"为营造适宜住院医师成长的生态环境"而开展的住培文化建设进行了剖析,归纳出该院住培文化建设的特点。在此基础上,提出医院在住培文化建设中面临的困难和存在的问题,并提出相关思考和建议,以期为各地推进住培工作提供借鉴。

In order to study the safeguards of the current standardized residency training programs,this article analyzed the cultural constructions of the culture in Shenzhen People’s Hospital,which were to create an suitable environment for the growth of resident doctors,on the basis of social support theory.The hospital’s culture of its resiedncy program was characterised from 3 dimensions--objective support,subjective support and utilization of social support.On this basis,this article pointed out current difficulties and problems that the hospital was facing in building residential culture,and relevant thinking and suggestions were proposed,so as to provide references for all institutions to promote their programs.
