摘要
自哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院超声科住院医师规范化培训基地成立以来,本院制订了严格规范的培训制度及培训内容。确定了住培基地管理人员构成及职责,实行双导师制及明确指导老师相关的责任和义务,严格要求和贯彻实施住院医师的入科教育和培训计划,认真规范考试内容和形式,建立健全住院医师考核制度、住培指导老师教学质量评价制度和住院医师学习、工作守则及相关管理。
Since the training base in Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University of Ultrasound Department for standardized residency training was built,the hospital had been developed a series of strict training protocols and standardized training contents.The composition and responsibilities of the administrative personnel in the training base were well-determined,double-mentors system was established and the responsibilities and obligations of the instructors were clarified.Pre-job training requirements and the training plans were strictly followed,and the contents and forms of examinations were seriously regulated in the training base.The hospital also established a sound evaluation system for both the residents’performance and teaching qualities of the program.Also the learning and working regulations for the residents were found accordingly
