新时代中医教学医院专业学位教育的实践与创新

The Practice and innovation of professional degree education in the new age's traditional Chinese medicine teaching hospital

本文介绍了天津中医药大学第一附属医院在中医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训(住培)"双轨合一"进程中,以中医学专业型硕士、博士学位点合格的评估指标体系为基本要求,以《中医住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试行)》为参照,以提高教学质量为核心竞争力,不断适应新时代对中医学专业学位教育的要求,结合医院大量临床教学管理实践经验,做好教学管理顶层设计,创新提出符合医院实情的专业学位教育的管理模式与对策。要统筹学位教育与行业培训两个教学平台工作指标,坚持立德树人引导医学生成长,打造教学过硬的师资队伍,优化整合课程结构,推进考核考评体系规范化建设,探索信息化教学管理流程。更要基于中医药特色教育与传承体系,利用好教育信息化的巨大推动力,着力教学目标、教学内容、教学管理3方面工作,保障中医学专业学位教育质量,建立中医教学医院"教学生态"绿色循环发展新模式。

This article introduced the process of implementing Dual Track Integration of Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM)professional degree graduate education and standardized residency training in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM.In this process,the qualified evaluation index system of master and doctor’s degrees in TCM was acted as the basic requirements and“Standardized Training Standards for residents of TCM(Trial)’’was referred to.The hospital regards improving the qualities of teaching as the core competitiveness,and constantly adapts to the requirements of the new age for the professional degree education of TCM.Combining with the large number of clinical education management experience that the hospital have accumulated,we optimized the top-down design of teaching management,and put forward the management modes and countermeasures of professional degree education which fit the actual situation of the hospital.Moreover,in order to coordinate two teaching platform index of both degree education and professional training,we insisted that students’development should be guided by morality.It is essential to build an excellent team of clinical teachers,optimize the curriculum structure,promote the construction of standardized evaluation systems,and explore the process of informative educational management.Furthermore,based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine education and inheritance system,the hospital determines to make good use of huge driving force of educational informatization and focus on the work of three aspects-teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching management.Therefore,the TCM professional degree education qualities could be guaranteed,and the new and sustainable teaching ecological environment in TCM teaching hospital would be established.
