产学研协同视角下应用型本科青年教师教学能力培养

Cultivation of Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Applicationoriented University from Perspective of University-industry-research Cooperation

应用型本科人才培养有其特色鲜明的需求,作为教学骨干力量的青年教师,其教学能力培养和提高是实现应用型人才培养目标的重要支撑。从产学研协同创新的视角,研究应用型本科院校汽车类专业青年教师教学能力培养及提升方法,分析应用型汽车类本科教育的特征和青年教师课堂教学方面存在的主要问题,并结合南京工程学院应用型本科院校青年教师培养经验以及二级学院多年的产学研探索实践,提出基于产学研协同的青年教师教学能力培养及提升方法。

The cultivation of application-oriented talent has distinctive needs.The young teachers are the backbone of the teaching work,and their teaching ability is the important support to achieve the cultivation of application-oriented talent.In this paper,the cultivation of teaching ability of young teachers in application-oriented university from the perspective of university-industry-research cooperation was studied.The characteristics of automotive specialities and teaching problems of young teachers were analyzed.This paper puts forward the methods of cultivating and promoting young teachers'teaching ability based on the the experience of young teacher training in Nanjing Institute of Technology and the practice of exploration and research of secondary colleges.
