摘要 目的:观察互述式情境模拟实操在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年5月至2017年4月收住我院的冠心病110例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法等分为试验组和对照组,对照组由责任护士以语言讲解+宣教手册发放的形式开展心脏康复与二级预防常规教育,试验组加用互述式情境模拟实操法干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:试验组冠心病观察对象干预后二级预防行为执行度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),出院后3个月时冠心病危险因素控制达标情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用互述式情境模拟实操法对冠心病患者开展二级预防教育,可显著提高其二级预防行为执行度与冠心病危险因素控制率。 Objective:To observe the application effect of mutual-state scenario simulation practice in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:To select a total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group with equal numbers according to the random number table method.The control group conducted heart rehabilitation and secondary prevention of conventional education by the the explanation of the responsible nurse plus handbook reading.On the basis of this,the experimental group was treated with mutual-state scenario simulation practice.All indicators after the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results:The execution scores of secondary prevention behaviors in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The control of risk factors for coronary heart disease at 3 months after discharge was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mutual-state scenario simulation practice to carry out secondary prevention education for patients with coronary heart disease can significantly increase the degree of secondary prevention behavior and the risk control rate of coronary heart disease.
